🚫 My Online Glasses Nightmare: Blurry Vision, Broken Rules & Zero Support! 😤
I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered! My online shopping experience was absolutely terrible, and I'm sharing this as a cautionary tale. When my glasses finally arrived, after a significant delay, wearing them felt like looking through a public bathroom mirror; I couldn’t see out of them at all. I thought maybe I put the script incorrectly, or that it was because I was new to wearing progressives, but it doesn’t matter because according to their chatbot, the 14-day rule means an exchange can’t be processed. This means I have to pay, again, to maybe receive glasses I can see out of. The chatbot was not helpful, neither was the "live" agent, and even their review application was on the fritz! I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because I’m stuck with unusable glasses and feel completely unsupported.

Let me fully review your order and the tracking details; I'm confident we can find a better solution than requiring you to pay again. Customer: So, what can you do? I just want glasses I can actually see through.
