Every attempt to contact them, whether by phone or email, just leads to auto-generated responses or a live chat bot that offers very limited options and doesn't answer order-specific inquiries. I felt compelled to share my story and engage with customer service one last time to see if any real person actually exists.

Customer: I'm calling about order number 12345. It's been over four months, and I still haven't received my glasses. CS Rep: I understand this is frustrating. I apologize for the significant delay and lack of resolution. Could you please confirm your order number again? Customer: It's 12345. I've tried to get a refund, but I keep getting told I can't unless it's returned, even though it's lost! I also requested a remake two weeks ago and haven't heard anything. CS Rep: Thank you.
